Overview
If you’re are looking for an extremely remote jungle experience then this is a place not to be missed. Visit a traditional Iban longhouse located approximately 5 hours from Kuching, learn about the history and culture of the Iban tribe. Explore the surrounding jungle and trek to Radak jungle camp. Spend time relaxing in the jungle pools and showering under the magnificent waterfalls, trek to newly discovered areas where even locals seldom go. Enjoy night walks in search of any nocturnal activity deep in the rainforest.
Day 1:
Depart Kuching at 8am. Stop at Semenggoh wildlife centre enroute to witness the majestic Orangutan in it’s natural environment. Continue to the Longhouse and meet the locals. Socialise, get to know your surroundings and enjoy the evening of eating, drinking and listening to stories of old. Overnight in the longhouse. (L & D)
Day 2:
Early morning wake up. Spend the morning on the river in search of Proboscis Monkeys, Estuarine Crocodiles, Hornbill and a variety of other animals. Stop for tea and biscuits at another Iban community and enjoy a traditional lunch by the side of the river. Head back to the longhouse and transfer to jungle camp. Spend the afternoon exploring the surrounding rainforest and visit a large newly discovered waterfall. Dinner at the camp before going on a night walk in search of any nocturnal activity. (B, L & D)
Day 3:
Spend the day exploring the dense, untouched rainforest. Visit the hidden waterfalls and chill.

Day 4:
After breakfast, trek for approximately 2 hours to the longhouse. Enjoy your final meal here with the locals before saying your goodbyes and departing for Kuching. Expect to arrive in Kuching late afternoon. (B & L)
